How much does online registration cost?

Specific fees are outlined in the tournament information packet, which you can download here. Online registration closes Friday before the tournament. The discounted early bird registration closes promptly the prior Friday. Registrations not completed and paid by the deadline will not be permitted to compete.

If I register online, what time do I need to arrive?

You still need to check in at the appropriate time for your age group as outline in the tournament information packet, which you can download here.

I don’t know my membership number and can’t find my card right now. What do I do?

Just leave the card number blank. Your card will be verified when you check in.

What if I can’t make my designated weight?

Your weight will be checked normally when you check in. If you need to change your weight class, please let us know as soon as possible to ensure the tournament flows smoothly.

What if I sign up online but I forget to bring my membership card to check in?

A current membership card is required at check in. If you do not have one, you will be required to purchase one before you are allowed to compete.

What happens if I sign up online but it turns out that I cannot attend?

If you notify us before the day of the tournament, you can request a refund as outlined in the tournament information packet.

What if there is nobody in my division?

Pooling will attempt to make matches by combining adjoining divisions where appropriate. If an appropriate match cannot be found, we will work with the coach to find a proper match. Failing that, we will refund the entrance fee as outlined in the tournament information packet.
